Biography
Ka-Leung NG, born in Hong Kong.
Graduated from Multimedia Design and Technology of Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design.
The early work after graduation includes participation in film post-production, TV series production, and tutoring of many primary and secondary school campus TV stations.
In recent years, apart from participating in creative work, he has also participated in project development and production supervisor positions and is committed to expanding international projects. Film and television works involve areas other than Hong Kong. For example, cooperation with film and television talents in Japan, Thailand, Taiwan and other regions to develop film and television projects with international perspectives multicultural and international issues communicate with audiences from different regions through works.

TEN YEARS
Positions﹕Curator, producer and director
In 2013, he developed the idea of "Ten Years" and served as the project planner. He invited four other young directors to participate in the creation and imagine Hong Kong's future through films. Ka-Leung directed one of the segments “Local Egg”. The film was released in Hong Kong in 2015, and in Taiwan and Japan in 2016. The film has aroused great repercussions in Hong Kong society and the international film industry. It has been exhibited in many countries and has in-depth cultural exchanges with audiences around the world.
And other milestone of the film was played in more than 300 community screenings around the world.

TEN YEARS INTERNATIONAL PROJECT

In 2016, he developed the "Ten Year International Project" and served as the planner of the project and the producer of three films. Young directors from Taiwan, Japan and Thailand were invited to create and imagine their country's future through films. In 2018, the films "Ten Years Taiwan", "Ten Years Japan" and "Ten Years Thailand" were completed. The works were exhibited in many internationally renowned film festivals. Among them, the most iconic achievements include the invitation of to the world-famous Japanese director
Kore-eda Hirokazu (是支裕和) to be "Ten Years Japan" producer. "Ten Years Thailand" became an exhibit at the Cannes Film Festival in France and the Tokyo International Film Festival in Japan. The entire "Ten Years International Project" series was exhibited at the Busan International Film Festival in South Korea and the Golden Horse Film Festival in Taipei.
